UK standard delivery (2-4 days)..... £3.95

Most of our items under 1Kg in weight are sent out by Royal Mail Standard Second Class postage to keep costs to the customer to a minimum with a targeted delivery period of 2-5 working days. Items over 1Kg are sent out by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post with a targeted delivery time of 3-5 working days.
Please note that if you have not received your item within 5 working days you should email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will endeavour to help track your delivery and please contact your local Royal Mail delivery/sorting office to see if the parcel has been kept back there. It is not uncommon, for the parcel to be taken back to the depot and kept there.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it informing us of the problem. If you decide to return the item you should do so within 7 days. Once we have received the item and checked it we will send you a replacement or refund your money including the postage you originally paid. We will also refund the second class postage costs you have incurred in returning the item.
Please note: You must get an official certificate of posting from the Post Office. Refunds will not be given if the item goes astray and you cannot produce an official certificate of posting. Refunds will not be given until we have received the returned item.
If you decide the purchase is not suitable for you, you may return it undamaged and unused in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Once the item has been received and we have examined it and are satisfied as to its re-saleable condition we will refund the purchase price of the item excluding any postage costs.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is agreed by us we always aim to refund you at the earliest opportunity and in any case within 24 hours. We will notify you by email when the refund has been made. All refunds are made through Paypal back into your account. We have no control over how long it takes for the monies to appear in your account. Any queries relating to this should be made to Paypal. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in whole or in part if we feel the item has been wilfully or intentionally damaged.
COMMUNICATIONS
We will keep you informed by email at every stage of the order processing. We will acknowledge your order and then follow it up with a notification of dispatch when the item is posted. We will also email you when any refunds are paid back to you through Paypal.

All measurements are approximate however we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Actual colour variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include 20% VAT. Goods are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item becomes out of stock.
